Last month a fellow blogger posted an interesting photo assignment that involved getting a photo of herself that incorporates her online name. I thought that might be kind of cool for me and silverchimes, except the silverchimes I had in mind when I chose the name are a type of daffodil that grew in my grandmother's front yard each spring.
There aren't daffodils in Bangkok, so I thought silver chimes of the actual chiming variety might be possible. Last weekend I took a friend to Chatuchak Market to buy some spicy tamarinds. While we were walking around we passed a shop selling chimes so I had to stop and take a photo.
Assignment complete!
